Welcome, my name is Mario Čačić. I was born in 1985, and I come from a little town called Novska. Currently I'm at university in Zagreb, where I'm a grad student at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. In my spare time, as you might have guessed, I try to capture the world as I see it, through photography. There is no real answer why I do it, I simply love it, the freedom, the feel when you're looking down the viewfinder, the feel of the camera beneath your fingers, even the sound it makes. And that single fraction of a second, the moment that remains much more than a moment, when you realize "that's it!".

As for my equipment, I currently use Canon 50D, mostly with the 85mm f/1.8 and 30mm f/1.4. I simply love fast primes.
